One of our Nebraska Outfitters whom we have been working with for 15 years has just secured a coveted lease of prime river bottom and ag land. We have exclusive use of nearly 500 contiguous acres covering approximately 2 miles of river bottom. If that’s not enough, the river bottom is flanked by fertile ag land, mostly corn, making this a dream property to hunt whitetails. Hunters are lodged at a well-appointed 3-bedroom house right on the property. Hunts are fully guided and include home-cooked meals.
This is a low-impact hunt, as there will be a maximum of 12 hunters spread out over three separate hunts. To keep pressure to a minimum, no rifle hunting will be conducted. We are offering (3) four-person hunts. Archery velvet hunt in early September, an archery rut in late October, and a late-season muzzleloader hunt in early to mid-December. Hunters should expect to see very good numbers of deer and be targeting bucks in the 130-150 class range. Tags are over the counter.
