This hunt in northern Utah is on a private ranch with an over-the-counter tag through Utah’s CWMU program. This can be for 1 hunter with 1 guide or two hunters with one guide. You will enjoy a vice cabin shared with 4 of 5 other hunters. This hunt includes 6 full hunt days. There are good elk numbers on the ranch and very good cover for archery hunting. While these dates are probably a touch early for the rut, they will likely coincide with the start of the bugle. Expect bulls in the 280-310 range with potential up to 330.
