Not only are these high success bear hunts with prevalent outfitters, they are also unique hunts offering an outstanding adventure and unbelievable scenic backdrops throughout the hunt. These hunts also make the perfect graduation gift!
IDAHO
This family ran outfitter is situated in the breathtaking backdrop of eastern Idaho. They run limited numbers of bear hunts each spring with a conscious effort to maintain the health of the resource. Their hunters are very successful, typically 100% harvest annually. They boast a very high 50% color phase. Many hunters elect for the classic stand hunt over bait but they also offer the more physically challenging but thrilling hunt using their well trained hounds. The dogs have also helped them maintain a 100% recovery of animals. Hunts are 7 days, not the standard 5. These folks are genuine family people and they love what they do and will not compromise the quality of their hunts. They make their home your home on your hunt and the cooking is top notch. Bear hunts tend to run late into the evenings and you will enjoy the comforts of their modern home as you relax and rest before striking out on your hunt each afternoon.
