I was introduced to Hosted Hunts through a fellow outfitter who had decades of experience booking hunts with the Marvin family. It was clear from the onset that these guys were serious about their business, and this was not a hobby. What they didn’t do was approach us with a hand out looking for a free hunt or promising the world. What they did do is make the trip out to meet us in person and experience the ranch first hand. From there, we continued the dialogue, and the entire time they maintained that this was a partnership and that our success was important to their success. Their values aligned with ours, and it only made sense to move forward. In the time since members of the Hosted Hunts team have been out to hunt with their clients on multiple occasions. Like the people who work at Hosted Hunts, the clients they have sent our way have been wonderful to work with. They now book nearly all of our hunts for us. Hosted Hunts does a really good job of managing expectations, and they do not oversell what we can actually deliver on a given hunt. It is clear that they genuinely care about their clients and value those relationships as well. They take care of the details, including all necessary paperwork, and the payments are always on time. Hosted Hunts has proven time and again that they can walk the walk. They are honest, professional, and a true business partner.
