Idaho Backcountry Archery Elk
This family-run outfitter offers 7-day elk hunts in remote backcountry camps of the majestic Idaho wilderness. Hunts for both archery and rifle are offered. Archery hunts are customized to the desires of each hunter and can range from old-school 24/7 in the bush, where you sleep in a spike camp, to those who prefer a warm bunkhouse and shower. Idaho’s terrain is rugged, and this elk hunt is definitely physically challenging. Being in good shape will increase the odds of success. Trophy elk are found here, and elk over 320+ have been taken in recent years.
