The ranch is 15,000 acres and only hosts two hunters. It’s located in Unit 34. This ranch hunts especially well in wet years, and conditions are ideal with tall, green grass, abundant water, and several good ponds on the ranch. Mornings are typically spot-and-stalk, with evenings split between spot-and-stalk and waterhole sits. Ground blinds, tree stands, and tower blinds are all in play. Hunts are 1×1, and both tags are currently available. Lodging is in a comfortable, well-appointed house. Historically, this hunt is in the neighborhood of 90% opportunity on 290-320 class bulls. Antler growth this year is above average, thanks to the excellent moisture.

Accommodations are in large, permanent, well-appointed wall tents right on the ranch, with the option to stay in a cabin if preferred. An indoor plumbing bathhouse is available next to the tents.
