This Mountain Caribou hunt is among the best in British Columbia. You can expect to see hundreds of migrating caribou over the extent of your hunt. Bulls harvested here previously have been in the 320-380 Boone & Crockett range, with some exceeding 400 each year. If desired a Moose can be added to this hunt for an additional harvest fee. This is a traditional horseback hunt. Good riding skills will be a big plus to your success. There are two spots available for this hunt.
There is another Caribou hunt that has one spot available later in September/early October. This is a priority Caribou hunt with an option to add a Moose if desired for a kill fee. This is also a horseback hunt and spike camps can be expected to stay mobile and keep up with the herd.
Dates: August 31st- September 10th (2 spots) or September 30th-October 10th, 2023 (1 spot)
This same outfitter also has three openings for a Moose/Caribou combo. This is another horseback hunt, but what better way to experience a beautiful British Columbia hunt? One spot is available on the first set of dates and two spots are available on the second dates. There is a kill fee for whichever animal you choose to take second ($10k). Most clients get opportunities for both animals.
Dates: September 18th- 29th (1 spot) or September 21st- October 1st, 2023 (2 spots)
If you’re looking for a less physical Moose hunt we have one spot available for a boat-based lake hunt. This is a cabin-based hunt, you will return to the cabin each night.
Date: September 28th- October 8th, 2023
The point of arrival on the above hunts is Watson Lake, BC. Hunt prices are all-inclusive.
