All hunts are inclusive of lodging, meals, airport transportation and on-mountain transportation as well as hunting guides. The private hunting land for these hunts is comprised of more than 100 square miles of pristine terrain ranging from an elevation of around 7200 ft. and higher for deer and between 8,000 to nearly 10,000 feet for Elk.
At lower elevations, the land is covered with old growth sage and cedar which changes to evergreens and aspens the higher we go. There are many streams and ponds along rolling benches with transitions to higher elevations taking place over about seven miles. Bulls on this hunt are typically plentiful and the trophy potential will range from 260 to 300
